The Tibau do Sul city, although being on the passage of Pipa, keep its original peaceful appearance. This is the beach of the municipality of Tibau do Sul. The name comes from the Tupi language and means 'between two waters', what justifies the name is on one side the Lake Guarairas and on the other side the ocean.
Tibau city is place on the high side of cliffs, in front of the ocean and Guarairas Lake.
The road between Goianinha and Tibau do Sul will offer you numerous natural spectacles, as blossom yellow ipês and other luxuriant vegetation. The name Cacimbinhas comes from the tupi language and means 'Small Well', is accommodated under beautiful and high cliffs formed by limestones and red stonewares which offers a privileged ocean sight.
