The Tibau do Sul city, although being on the passage of Pipa, keep its original peaceful appearance. This is the beach of the municipality of Tibau do Sul. The name comes from the Tupi language and means 'between two waters', what justifies the name is on one side the Lake Guarairas and on the other side the ocean.
