São Miguel do Gostoso bay which begins in the Santo Cristo headland and goes to the end of the Maceió beach, distinguishes itself by its quiet waters and its wide strip of fine sand lined with coconut palms. By its quiet and little deep waters and its strong and regular winds, the beach became in few years a KiteSurfing and Windsurfing spotlight with international reputation.
